Our Mission: To creatively capture the unnoticed or forgotten beauty of everyday life through fine art photography to raise awareness and resources for the unnoticed or forgotten needs of the world. 

What does that mean? 

Beauty has a way of making us pause to notice, reflect and remember. Beauty has a way of occupying our mind's attention and our heart's affection on something other than us - even if for a brief moment. AFTE images depict the unnoticed or forgotten beauty in what most would fail to notice or remember. Through AFTE, we want you to enjoy the beauty of everyday moments while being part of meeting the everyday needs of others.

AFTE exists to raise awareness and resources. We believe that starts by catching the eye with artistic beauty. AFTE pieces are abstract in nature and beg questions. We take those questions as opportunities for sharing the story of the everyday need connected to the beauty and depth of each piece.  

If beauty captured through an AFTE piece points your focus outward toward others, we want to give you a practical outlet to continue to enjoy that beauty—to continue to notice and remember—and to be a practical part of meeting the everyday needs of others.
